SILVER WINE TASTER: A small two handled silver wine taster made of spun sheet silver. Four hallmarks are stamped on one side: A "T" on the shield, a tiger, a lion's head, and the initials "W.C." on a shield. The cup was made in London, England in 1637 by "W.C.", and on the bottom of the cup the owner has his initials engraved (H.I. or I.H.) Approximate age is 1645 to 1660. Location- Power House Site, Lima, New York. Size is 7.5 cm. by 7.5 cm.
