Financial need should also be given consideration so that the scholarships will be of definite aid, and, preferably, recipients should be students living in Michigan." Bell Scholarship in the College of Engineering (R.P., 1957-60, p. 1004) Dome Chemicals, Inc., New York, $500 for the Dermatology Research fund (R.P., 1957-60, p. 755) Ford Foundation, New York, $10,000 for a conference to evaluate the National Defense Education Act graduate language fellowship program, to be held in October, 1960, under the direction of Professor A.
