FEBRUARY MEETING, 1941

Bernard Henry Vollrath, B.S.(E.E.), Captain, Signal Corps Reserve,
was appointed Assistant Professor of Military Science and Tactics from
February 10 to June 30, 1941, with compensation at the rate of $376
for the University year, vice Colonel Robert N. Kunz (R.P. 1936-1939,
p. 1003), relieved by Government orders.
The following appointments to and changes in the teaching staff of
the Summer Session of 1941, all within the budget, were approved
(p. 528):
