visitors who will not receive a certificate of attendance.
A similar course for hotel and restaurant managers or food handlers in
general is proposed for June 16 and 17 with similar fees recommended, and other
courses being arranged for the future.
The Committee on Institute Financing consists, under the bylaw quoted, of
the President, the Vice-President and Secretary, and the dean or other administrative head in charge of the institute or program involved. This committee,
subject to the approval of the Regents, approves the proposed fees
The Secretary reported that in correspondence during the early
part of March, the Regents had given assent to deductions from payrolls, when requested by staff members, for the installment purchase
of United States war bonds (p. 831), and that the plan was now in
operation.
The Board received and placed on file the usual annual analysis of
the payroll of November 30, the present filing being as of November
30, 1941 (p. 562).
