At the request of the Board of Governors of the Horace H. Rackham School of Graduate Studies the appropriation for the salary of
the Director of the Institute for Human Adjustment, and for office
expense, a total of $6,000 for the University year 1938-1939, was
transferred from the MIary A. Rackham Fund to the Horace H. Rackham Fund (p. 560).
