Dean Yoakum of The Horace H. Rackham School of Graduate
Studies, reported the resignation of Dean Henry C. Anderson from
the Executive Board. To succeed Dean Anderson, Dean Yoakum nominated and the Board elected Professor William C. Hoad for the
remainder of the term to be ended June 30, 1940 (p. 233).
All of the above actions were by unanimous vote.
The Board adjourned to 3:30 P.M. December 10 with the expectation, further, that the next succeeding meeting thereafter would be
held on January 7, 1938.
