Resolutions recording the action of the Colleges of
Engineering and Architecture with respect to tendering the
research and instruction facilities of these Colleges to the
Federal Government in the case of war or likelihood of
war, and suggesting the approval of the Regents and, tentativelv, of the Legislature, were received and considered.
On motion of Regent Hubbard, it was determined to lay
these resolutions upon the table.
The following changes recommended by the Faculty of
the Colleges of Engineering and Architecture were, on
motion of Regent Hubbard, approved by the Board.
I. That E.E. I, Elementary Electrical Design, two
hours, replace M.E. I, Machine Drawing, two hours;
2. That E.E. 14, Mechanism of Electrical Machines,
three hours, be required in place of M.E. 2, Elements of
Machine Design, three hours;
