John H. Hathaway, Assistant at the Reading Room Desk
in the General Library, from December 20, with salary
of $50 per month.
Howard A. Dennee, Laboratory Assistant in Zoology, vice
Walter Korndorfer, from December 22, with salary at
the rate of $550 per )ear, twelve months' basis.
Dean Cooley, in a communication, called attention to
the fact that the Ann Arbor Board of Education was considering the possibility of selling the Tappan School
grounds. On motion of Regent Hubbard, Regent Beal was
requested to inquire into this matter and report to the Board.
A request was received from Professor Peterson, Medical Director of the University Hospital, for five additional
nurses. On motion of Regent Beal, the Board granted four
additional nurses and set aside the sum of $6o8 to meet
the expense entailed for the remainder of the present University year.
On motion of Regent Beal, the following appointments
recommended by the Dean of the Summer Session were
made:
