In addition to the activities listed above, the Internal Audit Department observed the count of University securities made by Ernst & Ernst.
These audits and reviews indicated that the accounting procedures in the activities reviewed were generally satisfactory. Recommendations were made in certain
cases to strengthen internal control over financial transactions. These recommendations, as well as recommendations previously made, have been adopted or are being
implemented as rapidly as feasible.
