This gable front and wing Folk House sits on a stone foundation. The wing has a steeply pitched sloped roof in front. There is a one- story wing on the rear. Detached garage.

Mrs. Barbara (Eva) Koch and her two sons occupied this house from the early twentieth century until the 1930s.
