TikvaLantigua cut the cards and glassine at Chruch Office Studio in Detroit, MI and Katy Baum made the Clamshell box at Specialty Binderyin Dexter, MI"--Colophon.
- "This book was designed by Jean Egger and composed in Arial and Freight. The text was edited by Tim Reid and photographs are by PD Rearick. The cover was deigned and screen printed by Emmy Bright on French Paper. The pages were printed and bound together by Rocket in Royal Oak, MI"--Colophon.
