Pulmonia is saide of þis word pulmo, þe lunge, anglice þe pulmonie or elles sekenes of þe lunges. Pulmonia is aposteme on the lunges and pulmonia is sekenes of þe lunges wiþ grete peyn and streythede of onde att þe breste. Item pulmonia is when þe lunge melten and wasten and dwynen awaie.
