This form of citation and reference is used when a MS or edition is not otherwise accessible to the MED. MS Glo 19 is dated c.15 med. by Sharpe, probably following Ker/Piper, and the predominant OD date on quots. from that MS should presumably be taken for a composition date (usually assigned to 1376-1379).
