1790(1471-1472) Ordin.Househ.Edw.IV(2) (Topham)
A Collection of Ordinances and Regulations for the Government of the Royal Household …, Proceedings of the Society of Antiquaries of London (1790).15-85. Note:
Quoted by MED till 2022 as "(c1475) Ordin.Househ.Edw.IV (Hrl 642)"; but despite its title page, this edition appears to be based not on Hrl 642 but primarily on MS Antq 211, collated with Hrl 642, and featuring many spellings and readings with no known source. Accordingly it has been redated conservatively to the date of the edition itself (1790), and attributed to the man who appears to have been chiefly responsible for it, John Topham (1746-1803), whose hand has been detected in the numerous alterations made to Antq 211 when it was used as a compositor's fair copy.

A.R. Myers, The Household of Edward IV: the Black Book and the Ordinance of 1478 (1959).Passages marked "A," pp. 76-197. Note:
A now fragmentary MS that has also been seriously maimed by its treatment as a copy text for the 1790 edition. Pages 239-274 missing in 1888; pages 187-230 missing now. "Words are struck out, abbreviations are expanded, and spellings are altered on every page, and, indeed, on every line, to such an extent that the original transcript is often hard to decipher beneath the late eighteenth-century hand" -- Myers, p.53.

A full and careful copy by Sir Simonds d'Ewes (d.1650) which claims to have been made from the original.
