Yours of the 11th Inst. was received some days since. As to the Rules, it would be useless to send you copy; in asmuch as the Supreme court of the U.S. have adopted a set of Rules, which supercede, the rules adopted by the District court. The Supreme court Rules have not yet reached us. The personal attendance here of
