IF the Demurrer be grounded upon some Error, Slip, or Mistake in the Bill, the Plaintiff shall be permitted of course to amend the same, paying to the Defendant, or his Attorney in Court, twenty shillings Costs: But if the Plaintiff shall not within four days, after such De∣murrer, put in, amend, or alter it, and pay the Costs, then the Demurrer shall be determined in Court.
