That the said Ship shall not carry any Goods whatsoever to France, which were taken in at any places subject to the Empire, or to the Parties now in War; not shall unlade any Goods, once laden in France, in any other Port of France, or in the said places, sub∣ject to the Empire, or to the Par∣ties now in War, in her return, if by chance she should be com∣pelled, by stress of Weather, to put into such Places.
