The first declaring His Ma∣iesties expresse Command, That no Popish Recusant, not any other, who shall refuse to take the two Oathes of Allegiance and su∣preamacy, shall serve Him in His Army. And that the Soul∣diery commit no Rapines upon the People, but bee fitly provided of necessaries for their Money.
The second, for putting the Lawes against Popish Recu∣sants in due execution.
