every man both of horse and foote as well common souldiers as Officers should receive every moneth, and that they should receive their pay halfe in money, and th'other halfe in provision, as likewise that every horseman should daily receive for every horse sixe pounds of Oates, 10. pounds of Hay, and three bundels of straw.
