If you will sayl out at the back-side of the Gun∣fleet, being in the Sleds in seven fathom, borrow on the West-Rocks in four or five fathom, steering S. S. W. or South-west by West; but go not to the southwards of five fathoms, till you be over the tayl of the Rocks; and when you are over the Rocks, you shall have seven or eight fathom; but go not without eight fathom on the West side, and borrow on the Gunfleet in six or se∣ven fathom, going South-west by South, or South-west, till you come up to the Spits, or as you see occasion.
