De Rege solo est primus gradus Parliamenti quia est caput commensor & finis Parliamenti secundus gradus de Archiepiscopis Episcopis Abbatibus Pri∣oribus & paribus eorum per Comitatum vel Baroni∣am tenentibus est Tertius Gradus est de procuratori∣bus quartus gradus est de comitibus Baronibus & co∣rum paribus Qintus gradus est de militibus liber∣tatum & comitatuum Sextus Gradus est de Civibus & Burgensibus & si contingat quod aliquis dictarum graduum excepto Rege absens a Parliamento fuerit nihilominus Parliamentum judicatum est esse ple∣num.
