PRraise ye the Lord, for he is good, for his mercy endureth for ever. [verse 2] Give praise unto the God of gods, for his mercy endureth for ever. [verse 3] Give praise unto the Lord of lords, for his mercy endureth for ever. [verse 4] Which onely doth great wondrous works, for his mercy endureth for ever.
[verse 5] Which by his wisdom made the heavens, for his mercy endureth for ever. [verse 6] Which on the waters stretch the earth, for his mercy endureth for ever. [verse 7] Which made great lights to shine abroad, for his mercy endureth for ever. [verse 8] As sun to rule the lightsom day, for his mercy, &c.
[verse 9] The moon and stars to guide the night, for his mercy, &c. [verse 10] Which smote Egypt with their first-born, for his mercy, &c. [verse 11] And Israel brought out from thence, for his mercy, &c. [verse 12] With mighty hand and stretched arm, for his mercy, &c.
[verse 13] Which cut the Red sea in two parts, for his mercy, &c. [verse 14] And Israel made pass there-through, for his mercy, &c. [verse 15] And drowned Pharaoh and his host, for his mercy, &c. [verse 16] Through wilderness his people led, for his mercy, &c.
[verse 17] He which did smite great noble kings, for his mercy, &c. [verse 18] And which hath slain the mighty kings, for his mercy, &c. [verse 19] As Sehon king of Amorites, for his mercy, &c. [verse 20] And Og the king of Basan land, for his mercy, &c.
[verse 21] And gave their land for heritage, for his mercy, &c. [verse 22] Even to his servant Israel, for his mercy, &c. [verse 23] Rememberng us in base estate, for his mercy, &c. [verse 24] And from oppressours rescued us, for his mercy, &c.
[verse 25] Which giveth food unto all flesh, for his mercy, &c. [verse 26] Praise ye the Lord of heaven above, for his mercy endureth for ever. [verse 27] Give thanks unto the Lord of lords, for his mercy endureth for ever.
