- The nations right in Magna Charta discussed with the thing called Parliament.: Whereas I Theaurau John tendred a petition dated the 15 November 1650. To the Parliament so called; there is a name and a thing, and a thing, and a name, and a name, and not the thing, and the name and the thing both in one according to the obedience to the thing and name.
