The third Head concerning his Majesties Councell and Ministers of State.

Both Houses to make suit to his Majestie,

To re∣move from him all such Councellors as I am com∣manded to describe, viz. such as have been active for the time past, in furthering those courses contrary to Religion, liberty, good government of the Kingdome, and as have lately interessed them∣selves in those Councels, to stir up division be∣tweene him and his people.

  • 2. As we desire removall of those that are evill, so to take into his Councell, for managing of the great affaires of this Kingdome, such Officers and Councellors as his People and Parliament may have just cause to confide in. This is all con∣cerning the third Head.
