The Prognosticks.
If this disease be taken in time, it is easily cured: But if it be not soon cured a Fever will follow. If the inflammation turn to an impostume and break, and the bowels falling down many times it brings death to the child.
De morbis puerorum, or, a treatise of the diseases of children;: with their causes, signs, prognosticks, and cures, for the benefit of such as do not understand the Latine tongue, and very useful for all such as are house-keepers, and have children.
