Where one may distraine, and what thing.
ONE lifted a Mill-stone off the stock, to be picked on the floore, it is not so severed, but that it is parcell of the Mill, and cannot be distrained, and so it is of Win∣dowes and doores, 14 H. 8. fol. 29.
