Of a Ward within age.

TO all, &c. T E. of A. sendeth greeting: Know ye, That I the said Earle, for and in consideration of a certaine summe of mony to me by R H: Gent. before hand paid. Have given, and by these presents have granted to the said R: the custody of W. B. Sonne and Heire of T W. now deceased, and of all his Lands, Tenements and He∣reditaments which of right ought to come into my hands, by reason of the minority of the said W. after the death of the said T. who held off me at the day of his death by Knights service To have and to hold the custody aforesaid, and the marriage of the said W to the said R H. and his assignes untill the said W. shall attaine to the full age of 21 years, and so long as it shall happen the said W. to die before he shall accomplish the age of twenty one years his heire being within age. Then know ye, that I the said Earle for the consideration afore∣said. Have given and by these presents have granted unto the said R. the custody of the same heire and of his Lands, Tenements, and Here∣ditaments aforesaid, together with the Marriage of the same Heir, and so from Heire to Heire, utill one of them shall attaine to the age of twenty one years. Given under my hand, &c.
