Per quae servitia.
PEr quae servitia is a judiciall Writ, issuing from the Note of a Fine, and lyeth for the Cognisee of a Mannor, seigniory, chief Rent, or other services, to compell him that is Te∣nant of the land at the time of the note of the fine levyed, to atturn unto him, 43.
