THe Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament, do declare, that they are re∣solved to maintaine those Lords and Gentle∣men, Committees of both Houses of Parlia∣ment, residing at Yorke, in those things they have done, and shall further doe in obedience of their Commands for the preserving of the peace of the Kingdome, &c.

Ordered by the Lords and Commons assem∣bled in Parliament, that this Declaration shall be forth with Printed and published.
