¶ The .xvii. Chapiter. ¶ An Acte, for the continuaunce of certain Statutes.
WHERE, in the Parlament begonne and holden at London, the thirde daie of Nouember, in the one and twenty yeare of the reigne, of our late moste drad so∣uereigne lorde, of moste famous memorie, Kyng Hen∣ry the eight, and from thence adiourned to West∣minster, and there holden and continued, by diuerse prorogacions, vnto the dissolucion thereof, one acte was made and established, for the restrainte of carieng, and conuei∣ghyng of Horses and Mares, out of this Realme. And also one other Acte was there made in thesaide Parlament, for the true makynge of Cables, Halsers, and Ropes: And also one other Acte was ther made for the true windynge of Wolles: And one other Acte, to restrain kyl∣lynge of wainlinges, Bullockes, Stieres, and Heickfers, beynge vn∣der the age of twoo yeares, which sayde seuerall actes ware then ma∣de to endure, and continue, vnto the next Parlament, as by thesame thre seuerall Actes, more plainly appereth. And where also in thesame Parlament, one other acte was made and established, for atteintes to be sued, for the punishement of periurie, vpon vntrue verdictes: which acte last before rehersed, was then made and ordeined, to continue and endure, to the last daie of the next Parlament, as by thesame acte mo∣re plainly at large, is shewed and maie appere: And where also in the Parlamente, begon & holden at Westminster, the .viij. daie of Iune, in the .xxviij. yeare of the reigne of our saide moste drad souereigne lorde, kyng Henry the .viij. and there continued & kept, vntill the dissolucion therof, it was ordeined, & enacted, that al & singuler thesayde actes a∣boue remembred, & euery of thē, should cōtinue & endure in their force
