New Englands True Interest; NOT TO LIE.-
I. Observ. There is a time and season wherein the Lord tries and proves a people with mercies, or with salvation, under his just and righteous Expectations of them, and the promises which he hath made unto himself concerning them. -
II. Observ. The Lords great Expectation of his people, and the promise which he makes to himself concerning them, is principaly this, That they will be children that will not lie, and so he becomes their Saviour.
