Vmble-Pye: Make a Laying of minced Beef-suet in the bottom of your Coffin, or Slices of interlarded Ba∣con; cut the Umbles in pie∣ces as big as small Dice, and your Bacon in like form, sea∣son it with Nutmeg, Pepper, and Salt, and fill your Pye with it, and close it up with slices of Bacon and Butter: when it is enough, pour in at the place you have left vacant, Butter and Claret beat up to∣gether, and so serve it up at the Table whilst it is hot.
