And since the Marquisate of Bergenopzome, with all the Rights and Revenues thereunto appertain∣ing, and generally all the Lands and Goods of Mon∣sieur le Comte D'Auvergne, Colonel General of
the Light Horse of France, that were under the power of the said States General of the United Pro∣vinces, have been seized and confiscated by reason of the War, to which the present Treaty ought to put a happy end, it is agreed that the said Sieur Compte D'Auvergene shall be restored to the possession of the said Marquisate of Bergenopzome, it's appurte∣nances and dependances; and also to all the rights, actions, privileges, usages, and prerogatives that he enjoy'd at the time when the War was declar'd.
