JUdaei etiam nobis objiciunt quòd Moses dixit, neque addas legi nec minuas Evangelium verò est addita∣mentum: iis respondemus, ecce etiam vos addidistis Le∣gi, libros Prophetarum & Sapientiam, sin vero dixeritis quod isti etiam libri concordes sunt Legi ecce etiam Evangelium convenit legi eamque complet: si verò Piscatores fuerunt Apostoli, Prophetae etiam fuerunt Pastores, & quia non sufficiebat Lex ad perficiendum homines in justitia opus fuit Evangelii. Dicunt insuper quòd ei insunt mendacia quia in eo habentur contradi∣ctiones; propterea respondemus quòd inventitur additio & diminutio narrationum sed non contrarietas, & ecce in lege scriptum est quòd quacunque die comederis ex ar∣bore morieris attamen post annos noningintos & triginta annos obiit, & non addam maledicendum terrae, attamen scriptum est quòd in maledictione comedes.
