12. She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life.

12. She will not onely in∣deavour to answer his love, with an equal affection, but to provoke and excite it, by pleasing him in every thing; and avoiding whatsoever is ungratefull to him: nay, by deserving well of him, and studying to promote the in∣terest of him and of his fami∣ly, and to maintain his ho∣nour and reputation; and that not onely by fits and in a good humour, but all the days of her life; even after he is dead, if she survive him.
