9. He that hath a bountifull eye, shall be blessed: for he giveth of his bread to the poor.

On the other side, he that beholding the miserable condition of others, takes compassion upon them, and friendly relieves them, shall be blessed by God, and com∣mended by men: because he doth not put them off to be supplied by others, but im∣parts of his own goods to him, that cannot requite him again.
