[ 5] In him all Glories meet, His Greatness knows no bound; What other Gods do claim, In him alone is found. [ 6] Who as at first He all things made; Still rules o'er all, By all obey'd. [ 7] All things in Heav'n above Are subject to his Will; The Earth and Seas below His pleasure do fulfil. At his Command From the World's End, Vapours to frame The Clouds ascend. The dreadfull Flashes thence Of pointed Lightnings fly; Those Fires remain unquench'd, Tho' mix'd with Rains they lie. He brings forth Winds That loudly blow, From Treasuries Which none can know.
