Bate.] ℞ EMplastrum Dia∣chylon simplex lbiij. Pouder of Florentine Or∣rice-roots ℥iij. Oil of Rhodium ʒss. Musk gr. iij. mix and make an Emplaster, S. A.

Salmon.] § 1. It is ano∣dyn, and resolves and dis∣cusses Tumors, and also of an Emollient Nature, soft∣ning and ripening such as will come to Suppuration.

§ 2. The Orrice-root and Oil of Rhodium are added, only to make it smell a little the better.

§ 3. It also digests, gently cleanses, and conglutinates new Wounds; and is good for a Pain or Swelling in Womens Breasts.
