¶ Of herbes, SEngrene, Affodyll, Serpentary, Rewe, Comyn, blake Ele∣bore, Mandragon, Opium, blacke Fig∣ges, Pyne tree, Cypresse tree.

And of stones, Saphire blacke Iasper, Chalcedon, Magnes, and the blacke Onichinus, a litel stone of Iude.

¶ The partes of mans body that Saturne ruleth and gouerneth.

❧ Saturne gouerneth the lyuer and gall, and the flesshely parte of the stomake, and holdeth and re∣straineth all maner of fluxes.

❧ The signes of heuen in whom Saturne hath great strength and Lordeshyppe.

☞ Saturne hath domynacyon, and lordeshippe in Capricorne and Aquary, and in Libra, bycause of his exaltacions, and in all thinges continued vnder these signes.

❧ In what constellacion df hea∣uen, Saturne hath lordship and dominion.

¶ The constellacion of the blacke Rauen is of the nomber of seuen Sterres emonges whom is a payle Sterre vpon the lefte wyng of the Rauen the which hath disposicion and influence of Saturne at the

aforesayde daye of the .xvi. degre of Libra, and al other thinges contey∣ned vnder the cōstellacyon aforsaid, at that present tyme.

¶ Iupiter ruleth the wombe, and nauell, the shorte rybbes, withal the bowelles, and also the ryghte hande and the lefte eare, and the naturall spirite, the vaynes, Raynes, backe, and buttockes.

❧ Mars hath lordeship in the con∣stellacyon of Plciades, the seuen Sterres, of Aldebaran, of the Ly∣ons herte, of the Rauens wynge, of Alchameche, of Elpheia, of the Scorpions herte and of the shulder of the great horse, in the .xxii. degree,

of Taurus, in the thirde degree of Gemini, in the .xix. degre of Virgo, in the. xvi, degre of Liora, in the iiii degre of Scorpio, in the .iii. degre of Sagittary, in the .vii. degre of Ca∣pricorne, and in the iii. degre of Pis∣ces, and in all thynge that are con∣teyned vnder these constellacyons, and specyallye at the dayes of these degrees aforesaide.

☞ The Sonne ruleth the Brayne, the herte, the thyghes, the mary, the right eye, & y^e spiritual life, y^e mouth, the tongue, with all the organs, and instrumentes that belongeth bothe to the outwarde and inwarde sēses, also the handes, feete and synewes, with the vertue fantasticall.

☞ The signes of heauen wherein the Sonne hath gretest domina∣cion to vs of Englande.

☞ The Sonne hath the greateste lordeshyp in Leo, and also in Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Virgo, and Libra, and in all thinges contei¦ned

vnder these sygnes, and is the chiefe workeman, to whom all other planettes are but instrumentes.

¶ The Sonne hath influence in Andromeda, in the heade of Algoll, in Pleiades, in Aldebaran, in the Gote, in the great Dogge, and lytel Dogge, in the Lyons herte, in the tayle of the great Bere, in the winge of the Rauen, in the virgyn spycke, and in Alchameth, and in al thinges conteined vnder these cōstellacions. Also about the degres appointed in the signes where the most pryncipal Sterres of these constellacyons are set, the Sonne suffreth alterations accordynge to the nature of the pla∣nettes, of whome these sterres hath influence, from tyme to tyme by the course and passage of the Moone,

❧ Venus ruleth the fleshe and fat∣nes of the wombe, the share and na∣uell and also the backe & buttockes.

¶ The signes of heauen, in whom Venus hath dominacion.

¶ Venus is the ladye of Taurus, and Libra and of Pisces, bicause of her exaltacion, and in al thinges cō∣teyned vnder these thre sygnes.

❧ Venus ruleth the nauell of An∣dromeda, in the .xxii. degre of Aries, Aldebaran in the thyrde degree of Gemini the great dogge in the .xvii. degre of Cancer, the great Beare in the seuen degre of Libra, the vyrgin spicke, in the .xvii degre of Libra the Elpheia in the thyrde degre of Sa∣gittary, the vultur cades in the .xvi. degree of Aquarye and of all other herbes, stones, Gummes, and met∣talles, that are cōteyned vnder these

constellacyons, at the dayes of those degrees aforesayde.

¶ Mercurye gouerneth the mylte, stomake, bladder, matryxe, and the ryght eare, with the vertue of resey∣uynge.

☞ The sygnes of heauen in whom Mercurye is the Lorde.

❧ Mercurye is Lorde of Gemini, and Virgo, bycause of his honoure

therin, and in all thynges conteyned in these two sygnes.

☞ The constellacion of Heauen in whō Mercury hath dominion.

❧ Mercury hath dominion in the nauell of Andromeda, in the .xxi. de∣gre of Aries, & in the litel dog, in the xxi. degre of Leo, & ī the virgī spicke in the .xvii. degre of Libra, & in vul¦ture cadens, in the .xvi. degre of A∣quary, and in the taile of Capri. and in al thinges conteyned vnder these constellacions in the daies of the de∣gres aforesayd.

❧ The Moone gouerneth perty∣culerlye the brayne, longes, backe∣bone, the lefte eye and stomake, and all the excrementes of the body, and generally the Moone ruleth all the hole bodye▪ by dyuerse and sundry tymes as she passeth by y^e. xii, signes

¶ The sygne of heauen wherin the Moone hath dominacion.

¶ The Moone is the lady of Can∣cer, & is honored in Taurus, so that all thynges conteyned vnder these sygnes are ruled by the Moone.

¶ In what constellacion of heauen the Moone hath dominacion.
