ABout a mile from Bethlem towards the North, Rachel the wife of Iacob was buried, ouer whom hee set a stately sepul∣chre made of twelue marble stones, or Pyramides: these stones are seene to this day vpon the right hand of the way, as you goe from Bethlem to Ierusalem: and from thence all the land there∣abouts is called the land of Rachel.
