That the distinction of points fun∣damentall, and not fundamentall, is neither pertinent, nor true in our pre∣sent Controuersy. And that the Ca∣tholique visible Church cannot erre in eyther kind of the sayd points.

Potter to a treatise which had formerly proued, that charity was mistaken by Protestants: with the want whereof Catholiques are vniustly charged for affirming, that Protestancy vnrepented destroyes saluation.
