¶ The order of peaxoffeynges, whiche were offerd for the kepynge of peax, made of oxen, shepe, lambes and gotes.

[ A] YF any man brynge a peax offrynge of the oxen: whether it be male or female, he shall brynge suche as is withoute blemysshe before the Lorde: and let hym put his hande vpon the heed of his offerynge, and kyl it before the dore of the tabernacle of wit∣nesse. And Aarons sonnes the Preestes shall [ B] spryncle the bloude vpon the aulter rounde aboute. And they shall offre of the peax offe∣rynge to be a sacrifyce vnto the Lorde: the fatte that couereth the inwardes and all the fat yt is vpon the inwardes: and the two kyd∣neys, with the fatte that lyeth vpon the loy∣nes: and the kall that is on the lyuer they shall take awaye with the kydneys. And Aa∣rons sonnes shall burne them vpon the aul∣ter with the burnt sacrifyce which is vpon the wod on the fyre: that is a sacrifyce of a swete sauour vnto the Lorde.
Yf a man brynge a peax offerynge vnto the Lorde frome the flocke, whether it be male or female, it shall be without blemisshe. Yf he offre a lambe, he shall brynge it before the Lorde, and put his hande vpon his offe∣rynges heed, and kyll it in the dore of the ta∣bernacle of wytnesse, and Aarons sonnes shal sprynckle the bloude therof rounde aboute [ C] the aulter.
And the of peax offeryng they shall brynge a sacrifyce vnto the Lorde: the fatte therof and the rompe all togyther whiche they shal take of, harde by the backe bone: and the fat that couereth the inwardes, and all the fat that is vpon the inwardes, and the two kid∣neys with the fatte that lyeth vpon them, and vpon the loynes, and the kall that is vpon the lyuer, he shall take awaye with the kydneys. And the Preeste shall burne them vpon the aulter, to fede the Lordes of∣erynge with.
Yf the offerynge be a goote, he shall brynge 〈◊〉〈◊〉 ••fore the Lorde, and put his hande vpon 〈◊〉〈◊〉 ••eed of it, and kyll it before the taberna∣•• 〈◊〉〈◊〉 wytnesse, and the sonnes of Aaron shall ••••nckle the bloude therof vpon the aulter ••••unde about. And he shall brynge therof his offerynge vnto the Lordes sacrifyce: the fatte that couereth the inwardes, and all the fatte that is vpon the inwardes, and the two kyd∣neys, and the fat that lyeth vpon them, and vpon the loynes, & vpon the kall that is vpon the lyuer, he shall take awaye with the kyd∣neys. And the Preeste shall burne them vpon the aulter, to fede the Lordes sacrifyce with, and to make a swete sauour. And thus shal all the fatte be the Lordes, and it shall be a lawe for euer amonge youre generacions after you in youre dwellynge places: that ye eate ney∣ther fat nor bloude.
