[ A] OF the gatherynge for the sayntes as I haue ordeyned in the congregacions of Galacia, euen so do ye. Vpon some son∣daye let euery one of you put asyde at home & laye vp what so euer he thynketh mete, that there be no gatherynges when I come. When I am come, who so euer ye shal allow by your letters, them wyl I sende to brynge your libe∣ralite vnto Ierusalem. And yf it be mete that [ B] I go, they shall go with me. I wyll come vnto you after I haue gone ouer Macedonia. For I wyll go thorow out Macedonia. With you perauenture I wil abyde, or also kepe my win¦ter, that ye may brynge me on my waye why∣ther so euer I go.

I wyll not se you nowe in my passage: but I trust to abyde a while with you, if God shal suffre me. I wyll tary at Ephesus tyll witson∣tyde. For a great dore and frutefull is opened vnto me: and there are many aduersaryes. Yf [ C] Timothe come, se he be without feare with you. For he worketh the worke of the Lorde as I do. Let no man despyse him, but conuey him forth in peax, that he may come vnto me. For I loke for him with the brethren.

To speake of brother Apollo, I greatly de∣sired him to come vnto you with the brethren, but his mynde was not all to come at this tyme, howe be it he wyll come when he shall haue conuenient time. Watche ye, stand fast in the fayth, quite you lyke men, and be stronge. [ D] Let all your busynes be done in charite.

Brethren, ye know the house of Scephana, howe they are the fyrst frutes of Achaia, and that they haue appoynted them selues to mi∣nister vnto the sayntes: I beseche you that ye be obedient vnto such, and to al that help and labour. I am glad of the commynge of Ste∣phana, Fortunatus, and Achaicus: for that whiche was lackynge on youre behalfe, they haue supplyed. They haue comforted my spi∣ryte and yours. Loke therfore that ye knowe them that are suche.

The congregacions of Asia salute you. Aquila, and Priscilla salute you moche in the Lorde, and so doth the congregacion that is in theyr house. All the brethren grete you. Grete ye one an other with an holye kysse. The salutacion of me Paul with myne owne hande. Yf any man loue not the Lorde Iesus Chryste,φ the same be Anathema maranatha. The grace of the Lorde Iesu Chryst be with you all. My loue be with you all in Chryste Iesu. AMEN.
