209. To make Conserve of Bugloss-Flowers.

Pick them as you do Burrage-Flowers, weigh them, and to every ounce, add 2 ounces of Loaf-Sugar, and 1 of Sugar-Candy, beat them together, till they become very fine, then set it on the Fire, to Dissolve the Sugar, and when it is so done, and the Conserve Hot, put it into your Glasses, or Gally-pots, for your Use.
