§. 1.

THis is the will of God, (as saith the Apostle) euen our sanctification: that we should abstaine from forni∣cation: that euery one of vs should knowe howe to possesse his vessell in holi∣nesse and honour: and not in the lust of concupiscence, as doe the Heathen which know not God: that no man oppresse or defraude his brother, in any matter; for the Lord is the auenger of all such things.

He therefore that despiseth these things, despiseth not man but God, who hath gi∣uen vnto vs his holy Spirit.

And, whose will is, that all men should be saued, and come vnto the knowledge of the truth.

For, it is not the will of God that one of the least should be lost.
