Prerogatiue.

The King shall haue to his owne vse, & therefore may let to farme rendring a rent, all the possessions of a foole (a) naturall, not of any other Ideot (b) during his ideocie, but (c) not that which he hath title vnto by entrie or action. And therefore vpon an of∣fice (finding that the Ideots ancestors died seised of an estate taile) it is sufficient to trauerse the dying seised, for that only inti∣tuleth the King.
