Prerogatiue.

The King shall haue to his owne vse, & * 1.1 therefore may let to farme rendring a rent, all the possessions of a foole (a) 1.2 naturall, not of any other Ideot (b) 1.3 during his ideocie, but (c) 1.4 not that which he hath title vnto by entrie or action. And therefore vpon an of∣fice (finding that the Ideots ancestors died seised of an estate taile) it is sufficient to trauerse the dying seised, for that only inti∣tuleth the King.
