As his Imperiall Maiesty heard the Propositi∣ons and Demaunds of the Estates of Hungary, hee was mightily enraged, and would not graunt them any of their Requests, which caused them proceed sodainly to the Coronation of Bethlehem, who was Elected the 25. of August, and the 9th. of this Month to be Crowned, which sodaine and vnloo∣ked for Change hath not a little stirred his Maiesty, who presently hath sent. Worde to Spaine, Pope, Bauier, and Saxon, so that Dampier his going for Hungarie goes slowly forwards, The Lord Breuner Gouernour of Raab is made Generall for his Impe∣riall Maiesty in Hungarie, and Esterhasie, and Palfie,

with other Hungarians to the number of 10000. who yet holdes for the Emperour, these will goe to Hungarie if they can: there is heere great terrour and feare for Bethlehem his great Army, who with 20000. Horsemen, is fallen in in Stiria and Bauier: all Passages are beset in the best fashion that may bee.

Bethlehem with his Wife, is ariued at Presburgh in most great Pompe and Tryumph, who after his Coronation goes presently to meete with the Bo∣hemian, who hath also a mighty Army, and not likely to goe out of Austria this yeare, they haue all necessaries plenty, where to the contrary our men Dies, and in 3. Monthes hath not receiued any Pay, God helpe vs.
