1 HAue you in your Parish any Schoole-masters, who teach either in pub∣like schoole or in priuate house? Is he reputed to be of sound faith and re∣ligion? Doth he giue any euill example of life? Is he allowed by the Ordina∣ry vnder his hand and seale? Or doth your Minister or Curate teach, and is he al∣lowed in like manner?

2 Doth your Minister or Schoole-master who teacheth, teach the Catechisme by authority set forth? Doth hee when there is any Sermon, or diuine Seruice bring his schollers to Church, and sée them quietly and soberly ordered? Doth hée examine them after their returne what they haue learned of the Sermon?
