LArd your Leg of Veal with Bacon all over, with a little Lemon peel••among it, then boyl it with a middle piece of B••∣con, when your Bacon is boyled, cut it in pieces, season it with pepper and dried sage mix'd together, dish up the Veal with the Bacon round about it, send it up with saw∣cers of green sawce, strew over it Parsly and Barberries.
